When will my order be shipped after purchase? Your orders will be prepared within 1-5 business days and delivered to the freight company. The freight company will deliver your order to you within an average of 3-5 business days. You will be informed about the shipping process via your contact details. Therefore, it is very important that you provide your freight/billing information correctly.
Which freight company will ship my order? Your orders will be expedited via FedEx Express service, UPS, DHL. You will be notified by message or email once the shipment is made.
What should I do if the shipping package or product is damaged? If you receive your order and notice damage to the packaging, please do not accept the product from the freight officer and request a "damage investigation report."
