• What’s the difference between a custom and a personalized ?

With a custom motorcycle mat, you have full control over all design details, and you’ll need to place an order for a custom motorcycle mat listing. However, if you’re looking for something simpler, like adding text or a name, you can choose the more affordable personalized option. Simply enter the text you’d like in the order notes section.

• How does the custom design process work?

Tell us about your motorcycle and the design touches you have in mind, and we’ll create a custom design just for you. We’ll share the design with you for approval and make any revisions if needed. Once approved, we’ll produce it and deliver it to you.

• What are your shipping details?

We prepare orders within 1-2 business days and deliver them to the freight company. The freight company will then deliver your order to you within an average of 3-5 business days. You will be informed about the shipping process via your contact details.

• What is your return policy?

Our return policy allows for returns of standard mats within 14 days of receipt, with the customer responsible for return shipping costs. However, custom mats cannot be returned. We accept return requests for damaged or incorrectly delivered products, or if the issue originated from our side. Please contact us to initiate a return.
